I find this physio mostly great but sometimes lacking. The space is very clean and nice, with espresso available for free while you wait. The receptionists are all super friendly and helpful and happy to speak English if need be. Now the one star off: Some of the therapists are just not good. Most are very capable and really help but others (a few only) come across as if you're a burden and don't do the therapy the way it should be done (especially for the jaw). I need someone to go into my mouth and work on my jaw and one therapist, who is no longer there, and another, who is, just massage the outside, very roughly and call it a day. Also, I have in my card that I am severely allergic to latex and latex gloves have been used on me, even when I have asked. That caused severe hives and breathing issues. The next time, he used bare hands and I would rather have someone wearing gloves.
